The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor resident well-being, and promote dignity, independence, and quality of life. Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, or other special care needs is highly preferred. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure quality care. Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as needed. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff. Requirements Previous caregiving experience required. Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior care, home care, or similar settings preferred. Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or disabilities is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
