SUCCESSFUL LIVING
is a Supported Living Service provider vendored by Tri-Counties Regional Center. We provide caregivers to disabled adults with a focus on helping them with independent living skills. Caregivers needed to provide direct support to adults with disabilities receiving Supported Living Services (SLS). The Supportive Living Services staff will work directly with individuals receiving services in their own home and will assist with the implementation of the goals & objectives listed in the Individual Service Plan to provide training and support to individuals in the areas of organization, home upkeep, medical appointments, nutrition, physical fitness, and community safety awareness.Job Types:
- Part-time
- Full-time
- Flexible schedule based on based on number of support hours each consumer may need.
Pay:
- From $20.
