• Part-time, Full-time Job Summary The Enriched Hearts Home Care team is actively hiring dependable and professional in-home caregivers, and we have immediate openings for full and part-time positions, on-call, and floating shifts, with a range of flexible hours.

Requirements California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration

• including TB Clearance & pass LiveScan Pre-employment drug screening and background check Valid Driver's License, proof of insurance & car registration Ability to lift, push or pull 50 pounds Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach.

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and light housekeeping. Help with mobility, such as getting in and out of bed or a wheelchair. Provide medication reminders that the client self-administers. Prepare meals and provide nutritional support. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing. Provide companionship and emotional support. Provide transportation to appointments and other activities as needed. Assisting clients with Alzheimer's and Dementia Keep an accurate record of the services provided and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. Follow care plans and instructions.
