Requirements:

Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration 1 year of Private Caregiver experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication Strong communication skills and dependable attendance Experience with dementia care is a plus

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene Support clients living with dementia or mobility challenges Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines Build meaningful relationships with clients and families Monitor changes in client condition and communicate with the care team BrightStar Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace free from discrimination and harassment.

$24.65 - $29.68 per hour
