Role Overview:
As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, meal preparation, and companionship to our clients. Whether you work on-site in Santa Rosa or other nearby areas, you'll have the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support. Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices. Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed, while following any dietary restrictions. Offer companionship to reduce loneliness and enhance the clients' quality of life.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Strong communication skills in English. Ability to work flexible hours Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required Monday through Sunday.
