Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers of Modesto, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to seniors and adults in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients and their families to ensure they maintain their independence and comfort at home. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the flexibility to accommodate your schedule while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities to ensure their comfort and independence. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Help with meal preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met. Facilitate transportation for clients to appointments and social activities. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to address their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in caregiving or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Background in meal preparation and basic household tasks.

Bonus If You:

Have certifications in CPR and First Aid. Are trained in dementia care or similar specialized care settings. Are fluent in languages other than English to better serve diverse clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as either Full-Time or Part-Time, with availability required Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site in Sonora, California.
