Caregiver Requirements:

Home Care Aide (HCA) Ability to perform physical tasks and provide personal care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
