As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Job Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Administer medications according to prescribed schedules Help with meal preparation and feeding Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior Requirements Experience in senior care, hospice care, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities preferred Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing long-term care facilities Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality Ability to operate medical alert systems and assistive devices Certification in First Aid is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Become a valued part of our team and help enhance the lives of aging adults in our community!
