Compensation & Benefits $3500/mth salary Live-in housing provided Cost of living covered , including: Housing Utilities Groceries Paid 40-hour Initial Training (Title 22 compliant) CPR/BLS certification required (paid or reimbursed if applicable) 401(k) plan Consistent staffing ratios: Never exceeding 6 residents Adequate caregiver coverage per shift Supportive management and stable schedules Job Responsibilities As a Live-In Caregiver, your primary responsibilities include: Providing compassionate personal care to elderly residents in an RCFE setting Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Meal preparation and feeding assistance Light housekeeping and laundry Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and fall-prevention support Providing medication reminders and documenting care provided Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes or concerns to the administrator Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment Offering companionship and engaging residents in daily activities Supporting residents' dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being Qualifications & Requirements CPR/BLS Certification (required) 40-Hour Initial RCFE Training (paid) High school diploma or equivalent Previous caregiving or senior care experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor Reliable, responsible, and comfortable with a live-in role Licensing (Preferred, Not Required) CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - preferred but not required If you are looking for a stable, respectful, and supportive caregiving environment where your work truly matters, we encourage you to apply and join our team at Serenity Care Homes We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also possess a genuine passion for caregiving. NOTE:

We are primarily interested in live-in caregivers (caregiver lives with residents in-home, rent free, paid groceries and utility, etc..) but are also open to hiring for a weekday shift now which is 9am-2pm and Saturdays 12-8pm.
