What You Will Do as an Amada Caregiver Provide companionship and build meaningful relationships. Assist with daily activities, personal care, and light housekeeping. Our Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but heart and dedication matter most! Ability to pass a background check through Live Scan fingerprinting and provide references. Meet 10 hours of initial training and 5 hours of annual renewal training per CA state hiring requirements. Obtain a negative TB test and provide proof of vaccinations, potentially including

COVID-19

vaccination. Register with the CA Home Care Aide (HCA) registry. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance. A true passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence in care. Openness to feedback and a willingness to grow. A true passion for caregiving and a desire to help others Pride in providing excellent client care and customer service Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature Ability to work independently and follow care plans Willingness to provide and accept constructive feedback CPR and First Aid certification (or complete within first 90 days of employment) Clearly read, write, speak, and understand English.
