Scheduling Flexibility:

We offer part-time and per-diem roles, allowing you to work as many or as few shifts as you need to fit your schedule. While we strive to fill your availability, we can't guarantee full-time hours for as shifts are based on client needs and your availability.

Plan Referral Program Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and hygiene support (bathing, grooming, toileting). Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety. Administer medication reminders and assist with management. Foster emotional well-being through companionship and social activities. Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs. Maintain a clean-living environment with light housekeeping. Document care and report changes in client conditions.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Preferred experience with young adults, adults, elderly, or disabled individuals.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Transportation:

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Background Check:

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs.
