Home Care Aide / Caregivers United Medical Resources, Inc. - Home Care Agency United Medical Resources, Inc. (UMRI) is currently seeking compassionate, reliable Home Care Aides/Caregivers to join our team. Position Overview:
Home Care Aides/Caregivers provide non-medical assistance and support with ADL's, and IADL's to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing) Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders (non-medical) Companionship and emotional support Transportation to appointments and errands (if applicable) Following individualized care plans Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Valid government-issued ID or Drivers Lic. (Drivers Lic. Preferred) Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Current TB test (or willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification (willing to obtain) Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
