Job Description

Let's be blunt: We are looking for a local "closer" who actually knows Union City . However, we have very specific standards for our team. If you don't meet the requirements below, please don't apply

You MUST live within 5 miles of Union City (94587). We are looking for a neighbor, not a commuter (If you're in Oakland or San Jose, this is a "no.") You have at least 2 years of verifiable work history with the SAME employer (We value loyalty, not job-hopping) You have 1+ year(s) of face-to-face sales experience. You're comfortable walking into a hospital or rehab center and starting a conversation from scratch. You have a reliable vehicle and can pass a fingerprint scan + drug screen on Day 1

  • Your Job Duties!
This is a high-autonomy field role. You are the "Face of the Agency."
Relationship Building:
You'll spend your day in hospitals, rehab centers, and senior facilities building a network of referral sources
Community Presence:
You'll represent us at local events, job fairs, and meet-ups in
Hayward and Union City Strategic Hustle:
You aren't following a script. You'll set your own weekly outreach strategy and go make it happen
