We are a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) looking for an experienced caregiver who knows what good care looks like and takes pride in delivering it consistently. This is not an entry-level position — we want someone who can step in, follow established systems, and genuinely care for our residents. What You'll Do Follow proper care routines for each resident every shift Monitor residents for health changes (appetite, mobility, behavior) and escalate concerns promptly Assist with medication management and log all medications accurately in our care platform Support meal preparation with attention to individual dietary restrictions Keep common areas, kitchen, fridge, and pantry clean and organized Document care activities accurately per Title 22 and facility standards Participate in daily shift huddles and communicate clearly during handoffs Report any incidents or concerns to the on-site supervisor or management promptly Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in an RCFE, assisted living, or residential care setting Current CPR and First Aid certification DSP II certification preferred Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working within a team structure You're a Great Fit If You Genuinely care about elderly residents and treat them with dignity Follow care plans consistently and flag problems early Show up prepared, on time, and ready to be a team player
