Description of Position :

Care for patient with moderate to severe memory care needs. Patient mobility and communication skills are limited. The patient is incontinent and requires hands on transferring . The patient enjoys talking, music and companionship.

Qualifications:

CNA active or expired license. Completion of a training course for ADL with written certification Letter from a current agency that describes the training you received. Willing to take ADL training course Duties include: Ensure safe, pain-free patient transfers/ambulation Patient personal hygiene, incontinence care, dressing, physical comfort, nutritional needs, medication management and housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean environment. Communicates effectively and efficiently with patient. Communicates effectively and efficiently with the patient's family regarding the patient's needs, condition and the services provided through a written daily log.

Pay:
