Full Job Description Benefits:
Referral Bonus Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms As a Caregiver at Executive Home Care of Diablo Valley, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
  • Immediate need for experienced, licensed applicants for 2 4 hour shifts per week in Martinez Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6pm-10pm. Must have reliable transportation to drive the client. The right candidate will have experience with Dementia patients, a passion for engaging with seniors and improving their day to day living experience.
  • Immediate need for experienced, licensed applicants for 2 4 hour shifts per week in Pleasanton Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-1pm. Must have reliable transportation to drive the client. The right candidate will have need to be able to Gait Belt transfer clients up to 220lbs, and have a passion for engaging with seniors and improving their day to day living experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
Medication Reminders:
Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines.
Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Companionship and Social Interaction:
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
Health Monitoring:
Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver Certification in CPR and First Aid. Active California Home Health Aid license. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
