Job Summary We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers with experience to join our team in a group home setting. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols and document all care activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health stability. Provide specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments, employing behavior management techniques. Support residents in engaging social activities and community outings to promote mental stimulation and social well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to sanitation standards. Utilize assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts when necessary to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Drive residents safely to appointments or community activities when required, ensuring their transportation needs are met reliably. Qualifications Proven experience in caregiving within group home facilities, nursing homes, or personal care homes is essential. Knowledge of ADL's a plus Familiarity with medication administration procedures and vital signs monitoring. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring long-term care support. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; ongoing training in emergency response is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
