On-Call Caregiver (Last-Minute Shifts) - $23-$25/hr + Bonuses Are you a dependable, compassionate caregiver who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment? Join SYNERGY HomeCare as part of our On-Call Response Team and earn $23-$25/hour + monthly bonuses for stepping in when clients need care the most. This is the perfect opportunity for caregivers who want to work on their own schedule while maximizing their income.

Responsibilities:

As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide essential, non-medical care on short notice, including: Companionship and social engagement Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Assistance with daily routines and safety Building strong relationships with clients and families Stepping in to cover urgent, last-minute care needs
