Each of our homes are custom built to house just 10-16 residents, allowing our team to spend more time with them in a setting that is most reminiscent of their own home. Our philosophy is to live in their moment and meet them where they are in their current needs. Summary 'Rocky Mountain Assisted Living' is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for our assisted living community in . As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a warm, home-like environment. 'Responsibilities' 'Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living. Assist residents with medication administration and monitor vital signs. Support residents with dementia and memory care needs through compassionate engagement. Maintain accurate records using EMR systems. Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the living environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic resident care. Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies. Uphold the company's philosophy of living in the moment and meeting residents where they are.' 'Qualifications' 'Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR required. Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly residents. Ability to assist with ADLs and perform vital sign checks. Experience with dementia or memory care is highly valued. Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours. Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus. A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors.'
