We support seniors by focusing on their overall well-being-physical, emotional, social, and more-so they can live safely and independently at home. We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving clients' quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and laundry Prepare meals and assist with feeding Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities Provide medication reminders (non-medical) Accompany clients to appointments and errands Observe and report changes in client condition Follow care plans and agency policies
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the U.S. Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required) Reliable transportation preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient Ability to assist with lifting (25-50 lbs)
Preferred Skills:
CPR / First Aid Certification Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience CNA or HHA certification Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
Schedule Options:
Full-time / Part-time Live-in / Overnight shifts PRN (as needed) Weekend availability preferred
