Support daily living skills, personal care needs, routines, and community participation. Assist individuals with emotional, behavioral, and developmental support needs. Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive living environment. Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members. Support consistency, dignity, independence, and quality of life for the individuals we serve. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Our Programs Include 2 Residential Child Care Facilities (RCCF) 8 Adult Personal Care Alternative (PCA) Group Homes Qualifications Minimum 2 years of caregiving, direct care, or human services experience (written reference required). Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. Must meet all applicable Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) qualifications and licensing requirements for the position, including any state-mandated minimum age requirements. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to pass FBI background screening and drug screening. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
