We are looking for someone who we can grow with over the next 3-4 years and prefer someone looking for a long term position with opportunity for growth, raises, and bonuses. We can guarantee hours and pay weekly, with holidays off, paid time off, and much more! In this dynamic role, you will create a safe and engaging environment, supporting children's developmental needs while fostering their curiosity and independence. Your dedication will ensure children feel loved, secure, and stimulated throughout their daily routines. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while developing your caregiving skills. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap times to support their comfort and well-being Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and play areas Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care as required Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate daily updates on children's activities, milestones, and any concerns Experience Proven experience working with children in roles such as babysitting, nannying, daycare assistant, or similar caregiving positions Demonstrated knowledge of child development principles across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Experience in meal preparation suitable for young children with attention to nutritional guidelines Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is highly desirable Previous work involving children with special needs or disabilities is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents and team members Join us if you're passionate about nurturing young minds and making a positive impact in children's lives!
