Job Description

We're seeking two compassionate, reliable independent caregivers to provide live-in host-home care for an older gentleman in a warm, home-based setting. You and a co-caregiver will share full-week coverage, each covering 3.5 days, with the flexibility to swap days between you as needed. He lives in your home, and you manage the day-to-day care arrangement within a set daily budget. This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You control your own home, schedule, and how you deliver care.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, comfortable home environment Assist with daily living: meals, personal care, mobility, and companionship Medication reminders and basic health monitoring Light housekeeping and laundry related to his care Transportation to appointments and errands as needed Coordinate with your co-caregiver on scheduling and routine What we're looking for: Prior caregiving or senior-care experience (CNA or similar a plus, not required) A safe, welcoming home suitable for an older adult Reliable, patient, and trustworthy Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to assist with mobility and lifting as needed Able to pass a background check Compensation & structure: Daily budget provided to cover care and household costs Paid as a 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes) Steady, ongoing arrangement for the right team To apply, please tell us about your caregiving experience, your home setup, and your availability.
