FRIDAY-MONDAY
6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm -6am Want to work for a small, local, and tightknit workplace? Consider working at Skyway Park as a Caregiver! Our Mission is to provide affordable assisted living for residents with an emphasis on service and offer an intimate and homey environment. We're located at the base of Cheyenne Mountain, right off 24. We are a team of compassionate, dedicated, authentic folks and we love to have fun! As a Caregiver, here's what you can expect: The Resident Caregiver provides direct care to residents, as well as other resident services in cooperation with other departments as necessary to meet the daily needs of the residents. The Resident Caregiver communicates professionally with residents, families, and peers, and as part of a team, helps to create a positive, caring environment. The Resident Caregiver is accountable to the Resident Care Coordinator; the Executive Director is the Resident Caregiver's second-line supervisor. Here's who will be a great fit as a
Caregiver:
Education:
High school education or its equivalent
Training & Experience:
Must have previous experience in a care-related setting. CPR training helpful but not necessary. Basic First Aid certification preferred. Experience with older adults preferred.
Performance Capabilities:
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Must be organized in the management and provision of resident care. Must and have the strength and endurance required for standing, walking, bending, lifting and pushing in the course of resident care and other assigned duties.
