Personal Care:

Bathing, dressing, shaving, oral hygiene, peri-care, skin/nail care Assistance with ambulation and exercises

Homemaking Tasks:

Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation Running errands, grocery shopping, prescription pick-up

Other Responsibilities:

Monitor and report changes in condition Follow a written Plan of Care Document services and observations accurately Promote infection control and safety Attend required trainings and team meetings Qualifications 18+ years of age Ability to read, write, and follow care plans Good communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Reliable transportation and ability to travel across Colorado Springs & Fountain Experience in healthcare/home health preferred/ Homemaking Industry Preferred but not required for

Personal Care Worker:

PCP Certificate at least 6 months of experience in home care or healthcare Preferred but not required for

Homemaker:

at least 6 months of experience in home care or healthcare, or homemaking Industry Application Questions Are you willing to travel throughout Colorado Springs and Fountain? Can you meet health screening requirements (e.g., TB, flu)? Are you available to work 1-3 visits one weekend per month? Schedule Day shifts only Flexible part-time hours, and you choose your availability Opportunities for full-time hours may be available after a successful performance review, upon request.
