We are a state licensed facility with up to 8 residents in the home. We are committed to providing compassionate, respectful care in a safe and supportive environment. Our team values integrity, teamwork, and treating every resident like family. These are 12 hour Night SHIFTS. Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night 6PM-6

AM Position Summary:

The QMAP / Caregiver supports residents with daily living activities while ensuring safe and accurate medication administration in accordance with Colorado regulations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining residents' dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Job Duties to include:

Resident personal care, meal preparation, adherence to physician orders for medication administration, housekeeping/cleaning duties, companionship and resident engagement. Full Time Position Available (3 12 hour shifts/week)

Compensation:

Starting at $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Required:

• Current Colorado QMAP certification
• Ability to pass background check and TB screening
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer 200+ pounds and assist residents with mobility Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. May be exposed to infectious diseases, bodily fluids, and cleaning chemicals. Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Comfortable working in a residential care environment
