Job Description:

Extended Care Services is currently building a strong team of compassionate and reliable caregivers to support clients through Colorado's Community First Choice (CFC) program. This position is part of our active staffing pool , with opportunities for placement based on client needs and availability. Ideal candidates are flexible, dependable, and ready to provide high-quality, person-centered care in the home setting. We are actively preparing for new client placements throughout the Denver metro area , with opportunities for quick assignment as clients are onboarded.

Responsibilities:

Provide homemaker services such as: Light housekeeping Meal preparation Laundry Light grocery shopping Support client independence and safety in the home Maintain accurate documentation (Therap system) Communicate effectively with office staff and care team

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks (including CAPS and fingerprinting per Colorado requirements) Strong communication and professionalism Ability to follow care plans and documentation requirements

Work Schedule:

Flexible scheduling based on client placement and client needs Day, evening, and weekend opportunities are available, depending on the client's required hours.

Important Position Details:

This position is part of our on-call / PRN staffing pool . Hours are assigned based on client placement, availability, and scheduling needs.
