Job Description
We are hiring competent, compassionate, detail-oriented Personal Care Attendants to serve people with disabilities in their homes You choose your schedule You choose which cities to work in You are paid for all training hours You are eligible for health insurance benefits when consistently working 30+hrs/wk You earn Sick Leave at 1hr per every 30hrs worked, to be used as paid time off We are a Home Care Agency with an Independent Living philosophy seeking qualified employees to provide personal care and homemaker services to support people who want to live independently in their own homes. We welcome you to a rewarding career serving others We provide basic CPR / first aid training at the office in Littleton, CO which is required prior to assignment with Consumers We help you succeed by providing orientation, annual e-learning training & ongoing support by your supervisor Our attendants serve people who need cueing and support, are older or have disabilities such as: physical health, mental health, cognitive (ex: learning, developmental delay), sensory (ex: blindness, deafness), HIV/chronic infections, etc. Preferred candidates will have some training and/or prior experience in this field. Nursing students and CNA's are encouraged to apply, as well as entry-level candidates.
