In this vital role, you will provide personalized care, support independence, and promote well-being in home settings. This paid position offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse populations, including seniors. Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning duties and proper infection control practices Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Valid ID
- Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly desirable. But it is not necessary.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, autism spectrum disorder or hospice care is preferred
