Position Summary The Operating Director is responsible for launching, leading, and growing the Comfort Keepers Fort Collins office. This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day operations, client acquisition, caregiver recruitment, staffing, community outreach, and financial performance. The Operating Director will build the local team, establish operational processes, develop referral relationships, and drive business growth while ensuring exceptional client care and compliance with company standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Launch & Growth Lead the startup and growth of the Fort Collins office. Develop and execute local business development and growth strategies. Establish referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, hospitals, and community organizations. Represent Comfort Keepers throughout the Northern Colorado market. Operations & Service Delivery Oversee daily office operations and service delivery. Ensure high-quality client care and exceptional customer service. Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Team Building & Staffing Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain caregivers and office staff. Build a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management. Financial & Business Performance Manage revenue growth and profitability goals. Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics. Drive client acquisition, retention, and workforce utilization. Compliance Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and Comfort Keepers standards. Maintain accurate documentation and operational records. Qualifications 3+ years of leadership, operations, healthcare, staffing, or business management experience. Proven ability to build teams, develop business relationships, and drive growth. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment. Home care, healthcare, staffing, or senior services experience preferred.

Full-Time, Exempt Success in This Role Within the first 12 months, the Operating Director will successfully establish office operations, build a strong caregiver team, develop referral partnerships, grow the client census, and position the Fort Collins office for sustainable long-term success. Pay:
