Caregiver

As a caregiver with FirstLight Home Care, you will play an important role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate, personalized care.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Providing companionship and meaningful conversation Preparing and serving meals Assisting with heavy transfers and mobility support Understanding and safely operating a Sara Steady Supporting clients with dementia and memory care needs Assisting with bathing, grooming, and personal care Performing light housekeeping and laundry Running errands, shopping, and providing transportation Completing other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience preferred Passion for helping others and providing quality care Dependable, compassionate, and patient demeanor Commitment to being present, attentive, and reliable Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to manage the physical and emotional demands of caregiving Join a team that values and supports its caregivers while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others every day.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
