Nightingales Care at Home is growing and actively seeking caring individuals to join our team of professional caregivers. We provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care and assisted living support that helps our clients live safely, comfortably, and independently.
Current Openings:
Evenings and weekends available, flexible scheduling!
Starting Pay:
$18.00/hour (additional .25 cent increase after 60 days) $0.50/hour extra for overnight shifts Weekly pay with pay reviews after 60 days and annually What You'll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Help with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide transportation to appointments and errands Offer medication reminders Qualifications Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (required) At least 18 years old with high school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check Professional, courteous communication skills Annual flu vaccination Benefits & Perks ✓ Mileage reimbursement for client errands & travel between clients ✓ Travel-time pay between shifts (no matter the gap) ✓ Paid training & ongoing education ✓ Paid sick leave ✓ Time-and-a-half pay on 7 major holidays ✓ Retirement account with employer match ✓ TapCheck
