Job Description

High Plains Crossing, Greeley's premier senior living community, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Professional) to join our exceptional care team. In this vital role, you'll administer medications safely and accurately, provide hands-on care, and support residents with daily activities. We're looking for individuals who bring empathy, reliability, and professionalism to their work—people who are passionate about helping older adults live with dignity, purpose, and joy. This position works from 2pm to 10pm, and must be available on Sunday. Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan Initiate and participate in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the activity calendar. Encourage residents to socialize and participate in planned activities or programs and to develop friendships with other residents Assist or supervise residents who self-administer their medications as well as follow physician orders to administer medications to residents who cannot self-administer their medications Maintain resident's records in our digital platform daily. This includes medication distribution, incidents and observations, reporting any changes in residents' physical and/or behavioral condition, visitors, etc. Respond promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance, including emergency pull cords, telephone calls and requests from family and friends Manages the staff under their supervision during working hours; delegates assignments to provide the most efficient execution of tasks
Qualifications:
Must have a QMAP Certificate Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$17.50-19.00 an hour, based on experience
