Home Instead provides one-on-one support to seniors in their homes and in communities/facilities. To us, it's personal. We strive to keep both our clients and caregivers happy. No experience needed. Begin your Care Professional career with us!

Our Shifts:

Morning 8am

• 12pm Afternoon 1pm
• 5pm Evening 6pm
• 10pm Full-Day 6am-6pm, 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 8am-5pm, etc. Overnight 6pm-6am, 7pm-7am, 8pm
• 8am Other Shifts Available Depending on Client Needs Evergreen, Black Hawk, Idaho Springs, Bailey, Conifer, Castle Rock, Parker, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Morrison, Lone Tree, Franktown, Elizabeth, Larkspur, Sedalia, Kiowa Our office is in downtown Castle Rock, but we serve clients over a large area south of Denver, Elbert to Breckenridge and everywhere in between.

What to expect during the hiring process: Step 1: After applying, our Recruiter Vanessa will reach out to each Caregiver to schedule an interview. You will receive a text and can book your interview through the link. Step 2: Come into the office or meet via Zoom to complete an interview Step 3: Job Offer could be made the same day! Woohoo! Step 4: Attend an orientation (sessions offered weekly) Step 5: Pass background checks & training Step 6: Start working! Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
