Role:
As a QMAP/Caregiver , you'll provide essential care and support to residents. You will lead activities, provide ADLs, and administer medication as a QMAP. Starting pay for Caregivers is $18 and for QMAP is $20. As the Lead QMAP/Caregiver you are responsible for helping seniors with all ADL's, support the community with cleaning and laundry, serving meals and activities. Additionally, the job duties of the Lead include inventory, MAR audits and on call 2 days a week. You are eligible for a $200 bonus monthly once your lead tasks are complete As an Assistant Manager, in addition to being a QMAP/Caregiver, you will aid the Administrator and House Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home including grocery orders and house inventory, med cart monitoring and MAR audits. There are additional tasks and duties that come up. Starting pay for this position is $24. How Does It Work?
Morning Shift:
6 AM•2
PM Evening Shift:
2 PM•10
PM Overnight Shift:
10 PM•6 AM 12-
Hour Shifts:
Some locations offer 12-hour shifts starting at 6 AM, 7 AM, or 8 AM and PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality caregiving services and QMAP support to residents. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including but not limited to: Medication administration Activities Housekeeping Cooking Laundry Personal care (showers, toileting) Companionship Support residents with their emotional, physical, and social needs in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Requirements:
Valid QMAP certification (or the ability to obtain one). Caregiving experience is preferred. Willingness to work in multiple locations when needed. Availability to work at least one weekend shift per week. Flexibility to work a combination of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts. Reliable transportation and the ability to float to other locations when necessary. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
