Duties:
```
  • Provide direct care and assistance to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Assist with medication management and administration as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Implement behavior management techniques to promote a safe and supportive environment
  • Engage residents in social activities and provide emotional support
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space for residents ```
Requirements:
```
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for their needs
  • Familiarity with social work principles and techniques
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
  • Ability to prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
