Shifts available:

12 Hr daytime and nighttime overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends What you'll get: Competitive weekly pay : $19-$24/hour based on experience, paid every Friday Weekend bonus : Earn an additional $2/hour on weekends Flexible scheduling : Full-time or part-time options with day, overnight, and weekend shifts Paid training & career growth : Ongoing education plus CNA tuition support Paid time off & benefits : PTO, sick time, holiday pay, and overtime opportunities Mileage reimbursement : Get paid for travel between clients 24/7 support : Our team is always here when you need us Referral bonus : Earn $300 for bringing great caregivers to the team A welcoming start : We accompany you on your first shifts so you feel confident from day one What you'll do: Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with mobility, transfers, and overall safety Help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily tasks Provide transportation to appointments and errands What you'll need: A compassionate, dependable nature and desire to help others High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Smartphone for communication and scheduling Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to pass a background check Where you'll work: We serve clients throughout Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, Lafayette, Erie, Jamestown, Niwot, Westminster, Louisville, Eldorado Springs, Thornton, and Northglenn.
