Longmont/Boulder, CO About Us We are a compassionate home health agency dedicated to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. We are seeking dependable, caring, and motivated Personal Care Workers to join our growing team. Position Summary As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide assistance with mobility and transfers Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with medication reminders Accompany clients to appointments and errands when appropriate Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Provide companionship and emotional support Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous caregiving experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Paid training and ongoing education Supportive management team Opportunity for career growth Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Why Join Our Team?
