Job Description

  • In-Home Caregiver

  • As an In-Home Caregiver with CareBuilders at Home - Lone Tree CO, you will have the unique opportunity to provide compassionate and individualized care to vulnerable individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver like you to join our team.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and ambulation, as well as provide transfers and positioning
  • Administer medications and manage medical conditions as directed by clients' healthcare providers
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as conversation, reading, and entertainment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
