Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team serving older adults in the Thornton area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities. As a Care Professional, you will deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.
