In Home Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. This vital role involves delivering personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be a trusted companion and caregiver, helping clients with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional support. Your positive attitude and proactive approach will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition Administer medications accurately according to care plans while maintaining HIPAA compliance for patient privacy Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Support patients with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing Document patient progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams or family members Qualifications Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance are required or highly desirable Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia (including Alzheimer's), or memory care needs Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in caregiving duties Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus for travel between client locations Join our team to make a lasting impact by providing respectful, attentive care that enhances quality of life. Pay:

$23.00 - $26.50 per hour
