Mila Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team. Job Overview Mila Home Care is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support a wheelchair bound woman in her 70s with in-home care. Responsibilities include assistance with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transfers, peri care, and accompanying to appointments. The client uses a Hoyer lift and is unable to bear any weight. She lives with a small, friendly dog. Schedule (Until July 18th):

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:

8am-3pm and 6:30pm-9:30pm

Thursday and Friday:

8am-3pm Schedule (After July 18th):

Monday-Thursday:

8am-3pm and 6:30pm-9:30pm

Requirements:

Experience in caregiving preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual Ability to provide compassionate care to clients Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Report any changes in health status to healthcare professionals. Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and infection control procedures. Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and maintain professionalism at all times.
