Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and social well being Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Support medication reminders and follow care plans Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments and errands Monitor client condition and report any changes to family or care team Follow safety protocols and provide basic first aid if necessary Collaborate with families to ensure care aligns with client needs and preferences Requirements Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or working with elderly individuals Understanding of aging, mobility challenges, and personal care needs First aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide compassionate care with patience and respect Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Passion for supporting elderly individuals and improving their quality of life Join us if you are passionate about supporting seniors and families, providing comfort, and making a meaningful impact through dedicated and compassionate care.
