Responsibilities:
Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews Schedule interviews for all hiring managers Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly NOT remote. In office required
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting Caregiver recruiting required Home care recruiting highly preferred Knowledge of federal and state employment laws Strong verbal and written communication skills Social Media Recruitment experience Experience attending events Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
