The ideal candidate will have experience and confidence working with bedridden clients. This is a live-in position, providing Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services in a comfortable and supportive environment. Schedule Monday through
Thursday Responsibilities:
Provide daily care and assistance to a bedridden client, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene. Monitor the client's health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Assist with mobility, including repositioning the client to prevent bedsores. Ensure the client's living space is clean and organized. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver, particularly with bedridden clients. Confidence in handling the physical and emotional needs of a bedridden client. Ability to work as a live-in caregiver with flexibility in scheduling. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members. Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
