Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to ensure their comfort and safety. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation. Administer medication reminders and assist with light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Monitor clients' health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals or family members. Follow care plans meticulously, ensuring all client needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Support clients in engaging in recreational activities or exercises tailored to their interests and abilities. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, observations, and any incidents in compliance with agency protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in caregiving roles, preferably with Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine backgrounds. Knowledge of emergency medicine procedures and familiarity with Level I Trauma Center protocols is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care patients, or those requiring medical-surgical support. Strong understanding of inpatient, outpatient, clinic, sub-acute care settings, and teaching hospital environments. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently while providing exceptional patient-centered care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Certification or experience related to PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), OR (Operating Room), or other specialized medical areas is a plus.
