We clean homes for busy families across New Haven County, and we're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and ready to show up. This job is a great fit if you: Have your own car, a valid driver's license, and insurance Are comfortable owning your work — you'll be in homes on your own Take pride in doing things right Are able to bend, kneel, carry vacuum and supplies, and can work at a steady, efficient pace Present yourself neatly and are organized Are reliable - clients count on seeing you specifically, visit after visit Take your work seriously and keep things professional What your day looks like: You start at your first customer's home by 8:30am. You clean — dust, vacuum, mop, scrub bathrooms and kitchens, make beds, tidy up. You finish your last home by about 3:30-430 pm. No evenings. No weekends. Routes are planned by area to keep driving manageable. You'll stop by our Milford office once a week to pick up supplies.

Our clients trust us — and they'll be trusting you in their homes. Job Requirements Valid driver's license required + registered, insured vehicle Workday begins 8:30am in the first customer's home Must be available until 4:30pm Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks (standing, bending, kneeling, stairs, detailed work) Comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats

IMPORTANT CRITERIA

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must speak English Must be willing to submit to and pass a Criminal Background Check Facetime or Google Meet (phone) interviews 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
