PCA In Home Caregiver

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes in the New Haven area. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and a strong understanding of the needs of patients across different stages of care. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting them with daily activities, personal care, and companionship. Duties Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions or preferences. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Experience Qualifications:

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certification in Connecticut (Required). Prior experience in companionship care and light housekeeping. Friendly, patient, and reliable demeanor. Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
