The client is a 92-year-old woman who benefits greatly from companionship, structure, and gentle supervision throughout her day. She needs someone who will stay engaged and attentive — helping her with meals, hydration, hygiene routines, and safe movement through her home. This is a role for someone who is patient, warm, and dependable. Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care is required, as the client responds well to calm, consistent support and gentle encouragement. Pay for this position is $24 per hour. The client lives independently and enjoys conversation and engagement throughout the day. Your presence will help provide structure, safety, and reassurance while assisting with important daily activities. This role is ideal for caregivers who are patient, attentive, and comfortable supporting someone living with moderate Alzheimer's. Responsibilities Companionship and cognitive engagement through conversation and activities Mobility support and fall prevention supervision Assistance with toileting and personal care as needed Meal preparation and hydration reminders Medication reminders Light housekeeping and household organization Transportation to appointments or errands (mileage reimbursed) Helping maintain a safe and supportive home environment Requirements Experience providing care for seniors Compassionate and patient demeanor Strong reliability and professionalism Clear communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required This role is best suited for caregivers who take pride in providing thoughtful, detail-oriented care and who value doing things the right way.
