• Part-time, Full-time Ridge Home Care provides reliable Personal Care and Homemaking services that help our clients maintain their independence and dignity.

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Caregivers dedicated to making a genuine difference in the lives of our clients. If you are passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity at home, we encourage you to apply! In this role, Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care (hygiene, bathing, dressing), meal preparation, medication reminders, and providing crucial companionship.
• Performing light housekeeping duties and managing household organization.
• Providing safe transportation to recreational activities or appointments.
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment for the client.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, provide companionship, and connect with clients. Committed to client well-being.
• Basic knowledge of household management and meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration.

Applicants will be required to:

• Undergo a comprehensive background check.
• Pass a drug screen.

Salary & Benefits:
